Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or alternative qualification (HNC/HND) in a relevant subject.
• Professional membership in the highways sector e.g. Institution of Civil Engineers, MCIHT etc.
• Experience applying CDM requirements in the role of Designer.
• In-depth knowledge of NRSWA with the ability to manage delivery of utility diversions.

Responsibilities

• Managing utility design/diversion as part of infrastructure.
• Promoting and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.
• Identifying bespoke engineering solutions to reduce utility diversions.
• Providing support to build up a network of clients.
