Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will lead the production and delivery of design packages for highways/roads and major infrastructure projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant, value-driven solutions.

The role involves technical leadership, HSQE compliance, and regular on-site collaboration with clients and authorities, with hybrid working and site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Extensive experience in civil engineering design and project delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and delivery of design packages across concept, tender, detailed, and construction phases for highways/roads and major infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, environmental, and planning teams to deliver integrated multi-disciplinary solutions.
• Manage design packages and ensure timely delivery to programme and budget while upholding HSQE principles.
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and support work-winning activities.
