The candidate will work onresidential development in London.

You are offered a long-term contract in London with official employment according to the UK law.

The position is only available for the candidates based in the United Kingdom.

• Managing all civil engineering activities on-site, including groundwork, infrastructure, and structural elements
• Liaising with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure designs and plans are executed correctly
• Ensuring compliance with UK building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within scope
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction staff
• Preparing reports, conducting site inspections, and attending project meetings

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards
