Senior Civil Engineer (Progression to Principal)

Are you a Civil Engineer looking to take the next steps in your career as part of a specialist consultancy offering clear scope for progression to Associate and Principal positions, alongside continuous specialist training and opportunities to be put through a fully funded chartership?

Are you looking to join a well-established company, with multiple sites across the UK, in an exciting period of growth as you have full autonomy to oversee a range of high-value projects, from cradle-to-grave, in a plethora of sectors?

In this role you will be working on complex civil engineering projects, including within the Major Infrastructure (up to £150 million developments), Rail and Transport, Historic building restorations, and major skyscrapers. You will oversee projects from concept and assist all the way through to completion; duties include developing drawings and calculations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and general project coordination.

This company has been established for nearly 60 years and has recently undergone an exciting transitional period; they are leading UK consultancy, operating across 6 UK sites, and aim to replicate year-on-year success and continue to grow. Offering premium civil and structural services, they work on technically complex and varied projects across a multitude of sectors.

This role would suit a Civil Engineer with UK site experience, looking to bolster their career and portfolio, working on complex and interesting projects within a specialist consultancy offering ongoing training, fully funded chartership, and clear scope for progression to Associate and Principal positions.

The Role:

• Develop designs and drawings within AutoCAD, Tekla and Revit
• Prepare documents and reports
• Assist with junior guidance and project delivery
• Occasional travel opportunities to visit client sites
• 37.5 hours per week, flexible hours, hybrid work
