Qualifications

• Senior civil engineer with leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience delivering highways, drainage and related infrastructure designs.
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline projects and ensure design quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Deliver high-quality designs, drawings and reports for highways, drainage and utilities.
• Lead teams and provide guidance, mentorship and CPD for junior staff.
• Support recruitment, staff development and client liaison to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to business development and prepare fee proposals.
