Our client, an innovative joint venture in the water engineering sector, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their teams in delivering significant water and wastewater projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing design support and guidance to ensure all designs meet current legislation and standards
  • Collaborating with commercial, operational, and construction teams to develop efficient, practical, and safe solutions
  • Engaging positively with clients, managing relationships, and supporting them in achieving their aims
  • Managing the integration of civil design with other disciplines and producing necessary documentation
  • Acting as technical checker on project documents and undertaking technical reviews for projects
  • Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, including standard designs, sustainable solutions, and digital tools
  • Conducting site reviews to ensure buildability and integration within existing systems
  • Coaching and mentoring engineers to develop their skill set and managing team resources
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Chartership (CEng) with a relevant Engineering Institution
  • Experience in delivering high-quality outputs adhering to design, quality, and safety standards
  • Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders
  • Methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
