Overview

Senior Civil Engineer – Leicester – £50k-£55k plus benefits. Great opportunity for a Chartered or near Chartered senior civil engineer to join an established and reputable engineering consultancy in Leicester. Our client has a strong track record of delivering high quality projects and they are looking for a senior engineer to continue their success story and take ownership of a range of projects including residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team and act as main point of contact in project and client meetings - so great communication skills are vital.
• You will take control of resourcing within your team whilst focusing on driving business development initiatives.
• You will be expected to lead by example, managing effectively to deliver projects successfully.
• Be part of an established consultancy, where you will lead and develop a talented team of engineers and strive to continue the first-class reputation they have within the industry.

Qualifications
