On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy based just outside Cardiff. Established in 2012 and now employing around 35 staff, they've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design solutions across multiple markets. With a healthy two-year pipeline of work, they're looking to expand their civil engineering team as they continue to grow across the residential, housing association, renewables (wind and solar), and emerging rail sectors.

As a Senior or Principal/Associate Engineer, you'll manage and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians, oversee the design of drainage and infrastructure schemes, and act as a key client contact across multiple live projects. You'll work on everything from housing developments to wind farms, ensuring high technical standards while supporting junior engineers in their professional development. The company actively supports chartership and provides external training through its dedicated training budget.

This role would suit a civil engineer looking to progress their career within a friendly, forward-thinking team that values autonomy, development, and long‑term growth opportunities.
