Job summary

TLG Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large build project in London, delivering basement construction, new superstructure, and RC works. You will plan, procure, and drive construction and handover while ensuring safety, time, cost, and quality targets are met.

You will coordinate temporary works packages, manage multiple subcontractors, liaise with clients and consultants, chair progress meetings, and report to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in basement construction and RC structures.
• Understanding of excavation support systems and temporary works.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on complex sites.
• Relevant construction or civil engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction of deep basement and RC structural works.
• Coordinate temporary works and excavation support.
• Lead project planning, programming, and resource allocation.
• Engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and commercial performance.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Chair project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage interfaces between temporary works, excavation and permanent RC construction.
• Drive efficient delivery with high technical and safety standards.
