Job summary

Restore Community Church seeks an inspiring Senior Leader to guide four congregations across North London and Southwest Essex into a new season of planting, growth, discipleship and mission.

You will provide vision, strategic leadership, and pastoral oversight, empowering current and future leaders while fostering unity and vibrant worship across the church family.

• Proven track record as a church leader with multi-congregational oversight.
• Experience in discipleship, prayer and mission.
• Ability to cast vision and inspire volunteers.
