A children's residential care provider is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Derby to provide high-quality care and emotional support. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare and experience in childcare. Pay rate: £32,644 - £34,824 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.00 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 3 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance. Work that matters: We’re a 365-day service because children need us every day.
