A leading care provider in England seeks enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to support young individuals in children's homes. £36,231 - £40,640 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month
Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting high and low moments. You’ll be part of taking care of our young people day to day, ensuring things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader you will support the staff team and ensure the home operates to high standards, prepared to deputise for the Team Leader. You’ll relate to and build relationships with our young people. You’ll be compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive, and you’ll provide leadership that inspires your colleagues.

You’ll start life as an RSW by joining our Care Academy – 4 weeks of off-the-job training with experienced WG professionals to help you feel confident and ready to support our young people.
