£36,231 - £40,640 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Role overview

Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting high and low moments. Our shift leaders enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well-rounded adults. There will be challenges, but there are small moments that feel like huge victories.

Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. Our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care. Our shift leaders are fulfilled by the idea of making positive changes in our young people.

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of taking care of our young people day to day, ensuring things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader you will support the staff team and ensure the home operates to high standards, prepared to deputise for the Team Leader. You’ll relate to and build relationships with our young people. You’ll be compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive, and you’ll provide leadership that inspires your colleagues.
