Job summary

Achieving for Children seeks a dedicated practitioner to safeguard and support children in residential care. You will act as a key worker, coordinating with the team to implement effective care practices and address challenging behaviours.

You will collaborate with social workers, schools and families, ensuring inclusive, data-informed decisions while building strong partnerships across stakeholders. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and managing performance and change.
• Knowledge of theory informing practice.
• Experience building partnerships with families and professionals.
• Ability to use data and evidence to inform decisions.
• Experience maintaining records and producing reports for stakeholders.
