Job summary

Kellan Group (including all of our brands, Berkeley Scott, RK and Quantica) is seeking a Chef Manager to deliver and oversee kitchen operations across schools and catering sites in Maidstone. The role begins in September and offers temporary agency work with varied sites and clients.

You will lead kitchen teams, ensure high standards of hygiene and food quality, and adapt to different settings while maintaining service excellence for multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef Manager or in a similar kitchen management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working within schools or contract catering is desirable.
• Two satisfactory references
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• Right to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is advantageous
