Job summary

Holroyd Howe in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie to support daily kitchen operations within a school catering environment. You will lead breakfast, lunch and supper services, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and service for students and staff.

You will mentor the kitchen team, uphold rigorous food safety and allergen controls, contribute to menu planning, and support events while delivering consistent, delicious meals in line

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in contract catering, preferably education sector.
• Strong passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and high food safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

• Ideally, you will have experience as an Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within a contract catering environment, preferably in independent education, or a high-profile business and industry setting.
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and creative presentation
• Strong attention to detail and high food safety standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
