We are an awarding winning group of independent venues in London. We are looking for a passionate & talented Senior Chef De Partie to join our team at our flagship venue in Kings Cross. The ideal candidate will be pushing to be a Jr Sous Chef within 6 months. You will work closely with our Head Chef to drive the site forward in terms of food quality, compliance & productivity. We have our sights set high having gained Rosettes in our sister sites and would like to further develop our first floor private dining spaces. We hope it goes without saying that everyone working in hospitality is hardworking, outgoing, punctual… all the obvious traits… But for us we are looking for individuals who are PASSIONATE about our guest’s happiness and enjoyment; CURIOUS to always learn more and create something new; plus, FANATICAL about what we do, sustainable, British ingredients, recipes, and drinks. Chef requirements

The successful candidate will be experienced in classic cooking, passionate about British food & committed to training the junior members of the team. Creativity & attention to detail is a must.
