Job summary

Oblix at The Shard on the 32nd floor offers two dining spaces with panoramic views over central London. We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join a vibrant culinary team and uphold Oblix’s renowned standards.

You will support senior chefs, lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen, and deliver creative, precise plates while inspiring your brigade and maintaining consistency across the menu. Great teamwork and passion required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team.
• Eager to learn and develop yourself and your team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.

Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West.

Oblix West

Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu.

Oblix East

Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
