We seek a quality, hands‑on Senior Chef De Partie who is creative, passionate about outstanding cuisine and a strong inspirational leader who thrives on change and improvement. The Senior Chef De Partie will energise vision and elevate standards across all catering services.

Ideal Senior Chef De Partie profile
  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef De Partie, Senior CDP, Sous Chef or similar with conference and banqueting background
  • Strong background in managing both staff dining and hospitality
  • Creative, forward‑thinking and passionate about food trends
  • Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers and compliance
