Senior Chef De Partie

Location: Bromley / Hayes - South East London / Kent

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000

This long‑established Country Club style operation is currently going through a radical change programme and is looking to double its business over the next two years. We are looking for a Senior Chef De Partie or Senior CDP to play a major part in delivering to this vision. The role suits an experienced CDP or established senior chef who will bring experience of delivering a high‑standard function and event catering.

Responsibilities

As Senior Chef De Partie you will bring innovation, quality and attention to detail. You will lead banqueting to a high level: dinners of 200+ and events up to 500. You will inspire and drive improvement across all catering services.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior CDP, Senior Chef De Partie, CDP or Sous Chef with conference and banqueting experience
• Strong background in managing staff dining and hospitality
• Creative, forward‑thinking, and passionate about food trends
• Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers, and compliance
