What will I be doing as a Senior Chef de Partie?

• Work the Main kitchen
• Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well‑organised and motivated team
• Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
• Prepare and present high quality food

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or experienced Chef de Partie
• Approaches food in a creative way
• Positive attitude
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
