NHS Scotland is recruiting a Charge Nurse for the Adult Community Mental Health Team. The role involves leading a Nursing Team to deliver holistic, person-centred care in home and community settings. It requires extensive mental health nursing experience and NMC registration.

You will supervise staff, influence practice, and take forward new initiatives within a busy multidisciplinary team. Hours are 36 per week, with 1.0 WTE full-time, and informal enquiries can be directed to the contact below.

Formación

• Educated to degree level or evidence comparable experience.
• Clinically you will work in partnership with people to provide psychosocial and psychological interventions.
• Lead and manage day-to-day work of the Nursing Team.
• Must be registered on Sub-Part 1:RN3 or RNMH of the UK NMC Register.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage day-to-day work of the Nursing Team in a busy multidisciplinary setting.
• Provide psychosocial and psychological interventions in people’s homes and communities.
• Supervise team members and support the Team Leader to deliver safe, person-centred services.
