Job summary

M&G is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead medium to highly complex projects within the Life & Pensions portfolio. Based in Stirling or London, you will drive business cases, governance and benefits realization, coordinating with sponsors, delivery partners and the Change & Transformation team.

The role requires extensive experience in managing complex programmes, strong financial controls, and the ability to deliver within time and budget constraints,

Qualifications

• Significant track record delivering end-to-end projects, especially in Financial Services.
• Experience in Life and Pensions projects is desirable.
• Experience delivering risk/regulatory change delivery initiatives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects.
• Define business case, objectives, scope, resources and benefits.
• Develop and maintain high-quality project plans and risk mitigations.
• Manage governance, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with sponsors, programme managers and delivery partners.
• Handover to BAU and drive business benefits realization.
