A bit about the job

You’lljoin our Global Cyber Change team–a highly motivated and visible group working across Norwich, London, Bristol, and York.

This role exists to lead the delivery of Cyber Security projects that strengthen Aviva’s risk and protection framework.

You’llmanage global third-party suppliers, ensuretimelydelivery, and provide governance and reporting to senior stakeholders. Your work will help keep Aviva secure and resilient.

Skills and experience we’re looking offence

• Proventrack recorddelivering business solutions that balance time, cost, and quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• Experience leading complex change initiatives and overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Skilled inidentifyingand managing risks, issues, and dependencies, including oversight of external suppliers.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with solid governance and reporting experience—ideally in a regulated environment.
