A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change management initiatives in their mobility and convenience division across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving business transformation. This position is hybrid with a focus on creating a culture of efficiency and engagement among employees.

We are now looking for a Senior Change Manager, who will lead and integrate change management for bp's mobility & convenience Europe business' transformation programmes. In this role, as the successful candidate, you will utilise internal common methods, align plans, and drive adoption so that business outcomes are realised safely, on time, and with minimal disruption to sites, partners, and customers.
The business is going through a period of significant transformation over the next 12-18 months. We need our people at all levels of the organisation to rapidly understand and adopt change, remaining focused on our vision to become first choice for our customers.
This role requires an experienced change management professional, adept at working with senior business leaders, to coordinate the successful implementation of change initiatives across multiple markets e.g., Germany, UK, Iberia, Poland. The role goes beyond traditional change management to cover cultural and behavioural change and capability building. This role supports mass behaviour change to create a winning business.
You will work closely and coordinate with the M&C Europe communications and P&C business leads, as well as local change leads to handle local change adoption.
