A global financial services corporation in Belfast is seeking an experienced individual to support regulatory reporting projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, mentoring team members, and managing change initiatives. A strong background in financial services, change management expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential. Supports Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting project portfolio by planning and executing change management activities for new regulations and BAU remediation. Requires understanding/ awareness of Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and Depositor Protection (DP), or similar regulatory reporting, market practices, and experience in fast-paced change initiatives to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and maintain competitive edge.
