Job summary

You will lead change initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and work with senior leaders to deliver lasting improvements for the council and communities served.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational redesign, restructures and workforce transformation.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, consultation requirements and change best practices.
• Strong consultative and employee relations expertise
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with colleagues across the organisation

Responsibilities

• Lead complex organisational change programmes from inception to implementation.
• Influence critical workforce decisions and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Work directly with trade unions and senior leaders to deliver change.
• Drive delivery of high-quality outcomes with autonomous leadership.
• Shape how services are delivered and how organisations are designed during major transformation
