Job summary

Oracle Health in London is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to deliver specialist support for Foreign System Interface (FSI) capabilities within Cerner Millennium. You will help international healthcare customers resolve complex technical issues, maintain critical interfaces and support reliable services across global healthcare delivery.

You will troubleshoot, escalate where needed, manage requests per SLAs, and contribute to ongoing service improvements using automation and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience with Health Level Seven (HL7) standards.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Cerner Millennium interface experience (2+ years).
• Proficient English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, handling FSI service requests and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues across front-end and back-end apps.
• Manage service requests per SLAs and KPIs, prioritising by severity.
• Communicate progress and resolutions clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Document investigation notes, activities, resolutions and knowledge articles.
