This role offers autonomy and a variety of projects across different sectors. Successful candidates will lead design risk management and support team development in a positive work culture. A competitive salary between £50,000 and £60,000 plus additional benefits are available.
An established, fast–growing multi–disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their ambitious and high–performing team. This is a role offering real autonomy, huge project variety and the chance to be part of a team on track to become one of the strongest CDM functions in the UK.
The business works with major blue chip clients such as Kier, McLaren and other nationally recognised organisations. Their CDM division is small but exceptionally talented, consisting of three young, skilled professionals who currently turn over around 350,000 a year between them and already have a pipeline exceeding 1.5 million in upcoming work.

You will act as Senior CDM Principal Designer across a wide range of projects and sectors. Work is UK–wide, though the business strives to allocate work regionally where possible.
