Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a commercially focused Senior Category Manager to join our Ready Meals Category team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead category strategy within the own-label meals sector, bringing the voice of the consumer and shopper into the business to drive growth and customer success.

Working with Commercial, Innovation, Development and Operations, you will leverage category insight to influence decisions, shape the pipeline, and support Pilgrim's Europe’s UK

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Category Management, Category Insight, Shopper Marketing, or Customer Marketing within FMCG.
• Experience with own-label private label categories.
• Strong understanding of UK grocery retailers and customer-facing category management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver category strategies driving growth across customers, channels, and categories.
• Provide category, shopper, and consumer insight to customer teams for compelling plans.
• Lead category reviews, market analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Innovation and Development to create a consumer-led pipeline.
• Lead consumer research projects and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Present compelling category stories and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
