Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to join our remote team. You will investigate Employers' and Public Liability claims and report findings to clients with accuracy and high service standards.

You will gather evidence, assess liability and quantum, coordinate settlements where appropriate, and ensure compliance with client requirements while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the claims

Qualifications

• Experience handling casualty/liability claims a plus.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate liability claims for Employers' & Public Liability (injury and TPPD).
• Gather evidence and assess liability and quantum.
• Prepare reports and recommendations in line with client requirements.
