Luton Borough Council is seeking a CASPA Lead Practitioner to lead complex safeguarding work across multiple agencies. You will chair multi-agency meetings, oversee case management and drive service improvements to ensure vulnerable adults receive the right support.

The post is an internal secondment / fixed term for 6 months, 37 hours per week, based at Town Hall, Luton. Applicants must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with at least two years’ post-qualification

Qualificações

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and at least two years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience with adults in complex social work settings.
• Knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 1983 and Human Rights Act 1998.
• Ability to chair multi-agency meetings and lead safeguarding work.
• Strong communication, report writing and organisational skills.
• Desirable: Trauma Informed Care, PIE, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching or Reflective Listening training.
• Minimum Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT, or equivalent experience.
