Summary

We are looking for an experienced female senior carer to join our team due to business needs. The ideal applicant will be in charge of giving customers excellent care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties

• To carry out home care assistant tasks under the supervision of the registered manager in order to lighten the scheduling team’s workload in accordance with established standards, rules, and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• To collaborate and assist a group of care workers in order to guarantee the best calibre of care services that are tailored to each individual service user.
• To exercise leadership over less experienced care staff members within the company
• Regularly checks on junior care employees to guarantee excellent care requirements
• To guarantee continued understanding of the roles and tasks performed by the Care Worker Team.
• In accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and associated codes of conduct, to collaborate with the care worker team to guarantee that the care service is provided to a high standard.
• To assist and follow instructions from the Field Supervisor or Registered Manager regarding the daily operations of the Care Worker Team.

Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in medicine, preferably in nursing or allied health, or a related profession, is preferred.
• Must possess a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be a qualified nurse.
• Three years or more of work experience in the same position
