Duties
  • Assist residents with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring safety at all times
  • Administer medication as per care plans and document accordingly
  • Engage residents in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being
  • Prepare and serve meals, accommodating dietary requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members
  • Supervise and support junior staff.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to update and implement personalised care plans
  • Utilise IT systems for documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes
Qualifications
