  • Number of Beds: Solo bed (1 : 1 or 2 : 1 staffing) OR Two-bed home (2 : 1 staffing)
  • Location: Not Provided
  • Type of YPs: EBD SEMH challenging behaviour
  • Ratio of staff to children: High staffing ratios (1 : 1 or 2 : 1)
Who we are looking for
  • Has strong knowledge of statutory requirements and Children’s Homes Regulations
  • Can lead shifts guide staff and support young people with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Demonstrates strong safeguarding experience
  • Can confidently manage behaviours using PACE and Team Teach
  • Holds strong communication behaviour management and administrative skills
  • Is flexible to work shifts weekends evenings and sleep-ins
