We Change Lives is seeking a Residential Senior Supervisor for Heathside in Warrington. The role involves leading a care team at a 37-bedroom home, ensuring resident dignity and tailored support for older people and those living with dementia.

We offer a permanent 24-hour contract with a 3 on / 3 off rolling rota, a welcoming community, and ongoing staff benefits. Candidates should have leadership experience and a Level 2 qualification or equivalent.

Formación

• Previous experience in a senior support worker, supervisor, team leader, or equivalent leadership role.
• 2 years experience in care (Can be either in work or personal).
• A level 2 qualification or significant experience.
• An effective leader that can demonstrate the values of the organisation at all times.
• Ability to lead a shift and supervise other colleagues.
• Someone who is flexible and adaptable.
