Job summary

Avante Care & Support Limited is seeking a Senior Care Lead for Court Regis, Sittingbourne, on bank hours with day and night shifts. You will lead and mentor Care Support Assistants, deliver person-centred care, and manage the home when senior leaders are unavailable.

The role includes supporting staff development and maintaining Eden Alternative standards. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
