Anchor is seeking two Senior Care Assistants to join our Hertford Heath home. One role is for day shifts (8am–8pm) and one for night shifts (8pm–8am) on a 3 days on, 3 days off rota, averaging 42 hours per week.

You will guide and direct a small team, oversee a floor during each shift, administer medications, review and update resident care plans, and mentor other staff to maintain high care standards. Legal right to work in the UK is required.

Qualificações

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care evidences commitment and suitability for care work.
• Experience or training in medication administration is desirable.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and conduct return-to-work discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and direct a small team to ensure high standards of care and oversee the smooth running of a floor during each shift.
• Manage and administer medication, review and update resident care plans, and mentor less experienced staff.
• Complete return-to-work discussions and staff supervisions; work on a 3 on/3 off rota with shifts of 12 hours.
