Qualifications

  • Willingness to progress to Level 3.
  • Knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Excellent record-keeping and effective time management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity, and independence.
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants.
  • Administer medication and support residents at the end of life.
