Job summary

Avante Care & Support's Bridge Haven is seeking a Senior Care Lead for day shifts with weekend alternatives. You will lead and mentor Care Support Assistants, provide hands-on care to residents, and step in to manage the home when senior leaders are away.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a compassionate, proactive attitude. You will support training and development, uphold Eden Alternative care standards, and contribute to a warm, person-centred environment for older

Qualifications

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism and proactivity.
• Lead by example and show a genuine passion for residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver person-centered care.
• Provide hands-on care and build connections with residents.
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.
