Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required. Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care. Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families. Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
Qualifications and experience: Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a residential or nursing home setting. Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
