This role is for a Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
