As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
  • Lead and support a team of Care Assistants during night shifts.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with residents’ care plans.
  • Carry out regular checks, medication administration, and accurate documentation.
  • Provide emotional reassurance and companionship to residents who may need extra support overnight.
  • Liaise with nurses, families, and other professionals to maintain exceptional standards of care.
  • Ensure a calm, safe, and homely environment throughout the night.

  • Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification
  • Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
