Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for observing, reviewing, and finalizing care planning needs, assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues. You will be expected to have a caring nature, good communication and relationship-building skills, and be flexible and adaptable to changes.
