Job summary

Qualia Care Limited is seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to lead medication management, care planning, and liaison with hospitals, GPs and social services. You will supervise and support our Care Assistants to ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care.

holding an NVQ level 3 in Care and hands-on medicines handling experience, along with DBS clearance, you will communicate effectively across all levels and engage in vocational training to continually enhance

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Care is required.
• Experience with safe handling of medicines is preferred.
• DBS clearance is required and current during employment.
• Strong communication across all levels is essential.

Responsibilities
