Responsibilities
  • Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
  • Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heartwarming memories.
  • Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish".
  • Work within a committed team member
  • Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice
  • To supervise, guide and support a group of care assistants.
  • To assist in the planning and monitoring of resident care.
  • Assist with care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme.
  • Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.
Qualifications
  • Must have previous senior care experience.
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care obtained or relevant training.
  • Enthusiastic about providing care.
  • Great values and compassion for supporting people.
  • You will be able to work well as part of a team and independently showing creativity and passion for the work you do.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Be able to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
  • Engage well with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences.

  • We are currently offering 22, 33 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank hours also on offer)
  • Working hours: Days 8pm- 8am shifts
  • Hourly rate: £13.10 - £13.30 per hour (Pay is dependant upon qualifications).
