As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Your focus will include supporting residents with their medication requirements, monitoring residents’ wellbeing, involvement in care planning, and undertaking staff supervisions.
