Job summary

Glenholme Senior Living is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (7pm–7am) on a permanent, full-time contract (33 hours per week) at Thimbleby Court, Horncastle. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centred care and supports residents with daily living and wellbeing.

You will mentor staff, manage medications, and update care plans, while building strong relationships with families and colleagues. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care required.
• Experience in care preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy for residents.

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
