About the role

Role: Senior Care Assistant

Pay Rates (including holiday pay): £15.69 – £17.93 per hour

Pay Rates (not including holiday pay): £14.00 – £16.00 per hour

Location: Leeds & West Yorkshire

Responsibilities

• Shift management – oversee the care team
• Provide support to the care team when required.
• Administration of medication.
• Providing personal and person‑centred care.
• Compliance with CQC standards
• Identify and report any incidences of poor practice or abuse in line with the safeguarding policy.
