Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in care or equivalent.
• Experience in a care home setting.
• Commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities to maintain dignity.
• Assist in training and supervising junior staff.
• Provide care for physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Monitor mobility and use of aids.
• Complete care plans and daily written records.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Answer nurse calls and greet visitors.
• Liaise with GPs and managers about resident wellbeing.
