Responsibilities

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Residents are individuals and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Typical duties include:

  • Providing personal care support and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Participating in a wide range of special interests and activities that support health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions.
  • Supporting residents’ health and wellbeing by encouraging participation in the care plan and community activities.
